The +ve bun

we have been working on a project callled BITH (band in the hand) for about 2yrs and developed a Symbian prototype that we showed to Sony, MTV and Music Ally, so imagine my surprise when i read this

PS. We have just been approved by Apple as an iPhone developer and our plan was to launch BITH in the app store !

Can we do it ?
